Privacy Policy

This policy explains how the operator of Commodorehdcovers (“we”) processes personal data when you visit https://commodorehdcovers.com (“the site”). We keep it short because we collect very little.
1. Who is responsible
Commodorehdcovers is an independent publication. We have no members, no accounts and no newsletter, and we do not sell personal data.

We do not build visitor profiles, we do not use advertising networks, and we do not run A/B testing, session recording or fingerprinting.
3. Cookies and local storage
The site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. Because no non-essential cookies are used, no consent banner is shown. If this ever changes, this policy will be updated and consent will be requested before any such cookie is set.
4. Third parties that may receive your data
- Hosting provider. Serves the site and stores server logs on our behalf under a data-processing agreement.
- Cloudflare, Inc. Sits in front of the site as a content delivery and security layer, so every request passes through Cloudflare and it sees your IP address. Cloudflare may also load a small, cookie-less Web Analytics beacon that records aggregate page-view counts. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
- jsDelivr (Prospect One, Poland). Delivers the site-search script from its content delivery network. When your browser fetches it, jsDelivr receives your IP address. See jsDelivr's privacy policy.
- Amazon.com, Inc. Product images in our guides are loaded from Amazon's image servers, so Amazon receives your IP address and browser details when a guide loads. If you click a product link you leave the site, and Amazon's privacy notice applies. Those links carry an affiliate identifier; see our affiliate disclosure.
Some of these providers are based in the United States. Where data leaves the EU/EEA or the UK, the transfer relies on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses, as applicable to each provider.
5. Your rights
Under the GDPR and UK GDPR you can ask us to: access the personal data we hold about you; correct or erase it; restrict or object to processing; and receive it in a portable format. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority. Because we hold almost no data that identifies you, most requests will result in a confirmation that we hold nothing beyond short-lived server logs.
California residents (CCPA/CPRA): we do not sell or share personal information as defined by that law, and we do not use it for cross-context behavioural advertising. You may still request disclosure or deletion.

6. Children
The site is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
7. Changes
We may update this policy as the site changes. The date at the top shows the current version; material changes will be noted here.
